John Lynch

John Lynch (1927-2018) was director of the Institute of Latin American Studies at the University of London, where he has been teaching since 1961. He is the author of several works, including *Spanish Colonial Administration 1782-1810* and *Spain under the Hapsburgs*. This volume is part of the Revolutions in the Modern World series.
