Formation of the collective of first classes in educational and non-activities

The relevance of this study is determined by the problems of the development and upbringing of the younger generation in the conditions of the general education school. This fact determines the problem field and emphasizes the need to improve the efficiency of educational work in education. The educational system of primary school children is based on the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Basic General Education (FSES BGE), according to which the junior school age is an important stage in the foundations of personal, physical, emotional and communicative development. Provisions of the standard as one of the targets are the creation and upbringing of the school collective. The work carries out experimental research and diagnostics of the development level of the first-graders' collective, as well as the developed program for the formation of the collective of first-graders in the educational and after-hour activities. This work is addressed to a wide range of readers, students, teachers, graduate students and researchers.
