Harriet's journey

30 year old John Balwin has lost his love to cancer. He begins a trip across country with new friend, 72 year old Harriet Dinsmore, and two senior women who join them along the way -- Kathy and Barbara. Oddly, John feels at home on the road where the strangers become a surrogate family. Even better, John's romantic luck begins to change, even if it is in the most unexpected of circumstances -- on the side of the road, fumbling his way through changing a flat tire. A beautiful young woman named Veronica comes to his rescue, and the two are drawn to one another. John contineus on his journey, but will love slip through his fingers yet again?
