Health financing in Indonesia

"In 2004, the Indonesian govenrment committed to provide health insurance coverage to its entire population through a mandatory health insurance program. As of 2008, its public budget provided coverage for 76.4 million poor and near poor, but more than half of the population still lacked health insurance.
