Tsukimi Kurashita, fan hardcore de méduses, s’installe à Tokyo avec le projet de devenir illustratrice. Elle emménage dans la résidence Amamizu qui a la particularité de n’être habitée que par des filles otaku, et bien évidemment, d'être interdite aux hommes !
