Ex Nihilo - Abyssal Prophecy

Every war they claim is the last great war that will ever be fought. Starfall saw the fall of the light and creation of the Great Maw. A void universe filled only black holes slowly devouring everything left. When a disaster places the descendants of the former prison colonial worldship Alcatraz in danger they're forced into a Faustian bargain with a strange sentient alien called Magnus Void. He offers salvation in the form of help to raid an Ancient Outpost that has existed since before Starfall. With little choice Captain Solomon and his family agree to work Captain Void and his strange alien crew, and in the process get caught up in a prophecy of the Ancients. Abyssal Prophecy promises a return of the light, but at what cost?
