WAS SHE RIDING FOR A FALL? Anne wasn't at all sure that she was going to like her new life. She had moved from busy New York to live with her mother and a new stepfather in Virginia. She knew that her mother was very happy, and her stepfather wasn't a horrible person or anything, but she still felt strange.
