Not one open eye in the book. Everyone's in nightgowns.. the Sleepy Father goes to find hot chocolate while the Sleepy Mother sings a little song.. "Asleep, asleep.. my children are asleep, in their own sweet beds.. " .. almost 40 years ago.. arms holding my babes, breathing in the scent of tops of their heads.. peace.. sincere thanks, Ms Goffstein..
