Will's just left his girlfriend, and needs a new place to stay. The huge house in north Oxford seems too good to be true - till he meets his new housemates. They're all at least twenty years older than him, and range from camp to raucous. But somehow he finds he's taken the spare room, and once he's involved in the house it's hard to escape.
