Along Chico Creek / A murdered southern gentleman sidetracks Blue as he heads out of Colorado. Blue is quickly challenged by the law, even as the new widow depends on him Another man is murdered, and the law turns Blue loose to solve the killings. Fast horses / Blue captures an escaped stallion and is immediately jailed for theft. As the Fort Robinson Commander seeks the truth, Blue is injured working with a wild horse.
